All of the children and staff right across school took part in a 2 minute silence to pay our respects to the brave men and women who lost their lives fighting for our country. Our Year 1 and 2 children and our school councillors visited our local church. Reverend Lynn talked to them about the meaning of remembrance and then they took part in a special service outside next to the war memorial. Every class in school made a special poppy wreath and these were laid next to the Cenotaph at Church.
